GROUP LESSONS

We offer classes for all ages and levels

Crossfit

Classic CrossFit class including gymnastics and weightlifting movements working on strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Crossfit Light

Same during CrossFit but with more simplified movements. There is no training with the weightlifting bars, but the intensity is there. Ideal for fitness and weight loss.

Master

Classes offered to people aged 60 and over, adapted to each participant according to their needs! Friendly and friendly atmosphere without stress, where you learn to move and stay in shape for as long as possible!

Classes for Children

Strength training develops muscular strength and endurance. This increases lean body mass and improves metabolic rate. Strength training is good for heart health, cholesterol levels and bone strength.
