Group course descriptions

abs/lower

A 45-minute class, quick and effective, in which you use a variety of equipment as well as your body weight. A mix of weight training and cardio, the perfect recipe for strengthening leg muscles and abdominals. Training techniques adapted for everyone, legs on fire and music from the 2000s are there!

pilates

Discover a modern version of Pilates, inspired by exercises from the Joseph Pilates repertoire. This method will bring you many benefits: improvement of your sports performance, support in your daily life, injury prevention, optimization of your posture, endurance, kinesthetic sense and more! We focus on strengthening deep muscles, flexibility, mobility and stability.

boxing and kick

Let off steam to the fullest in this complete class: boxing and kickboxing technique, muscle strengthening and certainly cardio. Classes are suitable for all ages and levels. No prerequisites to participate. Between working on boxing techniques in a vacuum (shadow boxing) or on a target, physical conditioning exercises and jump rope sessions, you will expend a lot of energy using both your upper and lower body .

Xpress Athletic Conditioning

This 30-minute class offers strength training, cardiovascular training, intervals, circuits: here are some of the components that you can find in the Athletic Conditioning class. This course is aimed at people wanting to take on challenges. Very physically demanding course, but which requires very little coordination.

METCON = Metabolic Conditioning

This course aims to improve the use of fats in energy transformation. This unparalleled challenge is made up of simple and intense athletic movements whose arrangement can vary between aerobic, anaerobic, strength training and endurance. The use of several pieces of equipment and techniques allows for maximum cardiovascular and muscular stimulation!

SpinXpress

Will you be able to complete a 30-minute introductory cycle cardio class? Nothing better than a class of varying intensities on a stationary bike. Come experience bike rides with climbs, descents and sprints to lively music. You have absolute control over the bike: you decide to add or decrease resistance during your ride. Don't delay any longer; come and live the experience! You won't see the time passing. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle and towel: you’ll need them… that’s for sure!

Spinning

Nothing better than a Cardio-cycling class of varying intensity on a stationary bike. Come experience bike rides with climbs, descents and sprints to lively music. You have absolute control over the bike: you decide to add or decrease resistance during your Spin Max ride. Don’t delay any longer: come and live the experience! You won't see the time passing. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle and towel: you’ll need them… that’s for sure!

Yoga

Exercises that challenge functional strength, flexibility and postural accuracy, within a cycle of movements inspired by yoga. In an atmosphere of relaxation and interiorization. A balance between body and mind.

Zumba

Are you ready to party? You will dance to high intensity Latin and exotic rhythmic music tracks as well as international dance styles such as cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba and many more. Come dance and have fun while following a series of dance steps with fast and slow rhythms that are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. The overall effect of participating in this class is more like a party than a workout!
